PT Karya Prima Suplindo (KPS) began its journey in 1986 as a trading company serving the needs of Indonesia’s oil and gas industry. Initially, KPS focused on distributing products from domestic manufacturers. However, as market demand grew, KPS began importing products to ensure a reliable supply and support the advancement of the national industry.
A major milestone was reached in 1992 when KPS began transforming into the stockist it is known as today. KPS initially specialized in carbon steel materials, with key products including pipes, fittings, and flanges. In 2005, KPS expanded its product portfolio by adding stainless steel and low-temperature carbon steel materials.
Today, KPS provides a wide range of industrial materials with comprehensive stock availability, including :

As part of its business development, KPS established PT Karya Prima Manufaktur (KPM), which focuses on manufacturing complementary flange products such as spiral wound gaskets, ring joint gaskets, stud bolts, and nuts.
In 2023, KPM successfully obtained TKDN certification for stud bolts, nuts, and pipe nipples. Going forward, KPM is committed to continuously expanding its range of TKDN-certified products as part of its support for the domestic manufacturing industry.
